a few days back, marcus lim and i went to take pictures at the fireworks festival. it was packed as hell, and the show only lasted half an hour, but it was great.
however, i am amazed at how courteous people can be when it gets that crowded. some man stepped on my foot, and never even looked back to say sorry, even though i said 'eh, hello, my bloody foot la' quite loudly. or maybe he just could not grasp the word 'sorry' well enough in any language due to a serious lack in brain capacity. for that, i pity him.

and some two days ago, the gang and i celebrated choojiahan's birthday at the botanical gardens, and it was jolly great fun, even though we celebrated at the carpark. yes, the carpark. blame the rain. maybe that made it even more memorable than if it were held at another location. but oh, some of the looks we got.
we certainly hope not to appear on Stomp.
